What are fitted sheets?
Fitted sheets, sometimes called bottom sheets, are the sheets that cover the mattress on a bed. Fitted sheets often have elastic sewn into each one of the four corners to help it stay in place over the mattress
What are duvet covers?
Duvet is a French word meaning dawn and it is a kind of bag filled with dawn, feathers, wool or any other natural stuffing. Duvet covers are usually known as comforter covers and their main purpose is to protect covers from dirt and dust and to keep them clean. These items are very easy to care for and simple to use. Duvet covers are useful because you can wash it with the sheets and pillowcases. This will keep duvet covers fresh as well and you don't have to worry if the kids spill juice on the duvet covers.
Duvet covers are very easy to put on and they are often produced in many different colors, designs and styles for everyone's taste. Colorful duvet covers will make your room more comfortable and pleasant place, especially for the kids. Duvet covers are economical option to change the look of your or your kid's room. Since the kid's usually know what they want in their rooms and often change their minds according to what is trendy, colorful and designed duvet covers are ideal for them. Using duvet covers means not to invest a lot of money to do some changing in bedrooms. The regular duvet cover set is only consisting of a duvet cover, a fitted sheet and two pillow shams (one for Twin), the down comforter is not included. The additional components or accessories shown in the photo are just for decorating purposes and are not available at this moment.
Comforter:
The surface/cover would be 100% quality cotton sure without chemicals/pesticides and the filling would be 100% certified polyester, and the weight would be 300 gsm (8.85oz/sq.yd). We currently only sell duvet covers with colorful design patterns, no plain color. For comforters or inserts, it’s total plain white.
About the patterns:
Most of our duvet cover sets are combined with 2 patterns. The duvet cover does not always have a reversible color scheme, but some bedding designs do. The pattern on the back of the pillowcase will be usually the same as the pattern on the fitted sheet and we call it pattern B. But for few bedding designs, the fitted sheet is made by the pattern A.
Thread count and shrink:
Our regular duvet cover sets are consisting of a duvet cover, a fitted sheet and two pillow shams(one for twin) and are all made of “real“ 200 thread count fabrics. The density of our 100% cotton 200 thread count bedding products equals to most 100% cotton 300+ thread count bedding products in US. All our bedding sets are machine washable. Consumers often wrote us regarding about the shrink, thickness and anti-wrinkle.
The 100% cotton fabrics would definitely “shrink” and “wrinkle”. To prevent the shrinking problem, the size of each component in the bedding set has been designed a bit larger than the standard size. And “anti-wrinkle” usually means more chemical substances are used during the dying process. In addition, for 100% cotton fabrics, "thinker" means more starch is used to stiffen fabrics and it's definitely not good for your health. If you're looking for hotel-like "thicker" bedding set, you should choose bedding products made of TC(poly/cotton mixed) fabrics instead of 100% cotton fabrics, but some investigations shows around 1/10 people may have allergy problems when using poly/cotton blended or 100% polyester bedding products. That's why 100% cotton bedding sets are always highly recommended for home use. Our products are all made of certified fibers, highest quality construction, chemical and fire retardant free. Allergy-free nontoxic natural bedrooms are our specialty. You won't find any similar quality products at low prices as our products.

When will my item ship?
We normally ship items within 1-2 business days from the day that we receive the orders. A USPS tracking number or FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the item is shipped.
When will my item arrive?
The expected delivery time for packages differs depending on the location. In most cases packages will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
Can I track the shipment of my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email in 2-3 days with either a USPS tracking number or a FedEx tracking number when your order leaves our facility or you can log in to your account.
How to return?
If you are not satisfied with our products or services, PLEASE contact us first before leaving Negative or Neutral feedback. We are willing to solve any issues immediately. You may contact us via the shopping portal or via e-mail to service@blancho-bedding.com for any questions/concerns.
Please email us with your order information and reason for return. Our Customer Service will provide Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions to you within 24 hours except holidays. Our distribution center will not accept any returned package without RAN. If you need immediate assistant related to your return, please contact us by phone at 1-713-7831181.
How to exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges, but you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order.
If I had the wrong address for the item, what should I do?
You’d be better to re-arrange a redelivery by yourself. Please go to www.usps.com/redelivery or call 800-ASK-USPS to arrange for redelivery. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to us. If the item has been sent back to us, we will re-ship it to you asap.
What is your return policy?
Due to health regulation, product must be returned in unused condition. Blancho Bedding will NOT accept any washed or damaged returned products.
All return items must be in resalable condition including original packaging, ribbon, and cardboard. There will be a 10% charge of your product price for re-stocking if any accessory is missing.
Anything which is wrapped in vacuum compression bag such as pillows and comforters, it can NOT be returned once the vacuum compression bag has been torn off.
If the item you want to return has been purchased over one month, there will be a 25% charge of your product price for the late return.
